Nonas Chocolate IMC Analysis and Recommendations

Project: Nona’s Chocolate Brand Strategy & Packaging Redesign
In my Brand Management course, I worked on a comprehensive brand strategy project centered on Nona’s Chocolate, a local chocolate shop based in Hudson. The goal was to evaluate the brand’s current integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategy and develop thoughtful, actionable solutions to strengthen its market presence and customer connection.

Methodology:
I began with a full analysis of Nona’s existing branding, marketing channels, and messaging, focusing on how the brand communicates both in-store and online. From there, I explored ways to elevate their visual identity and customer experience—starting with a refreshed packaging design that highlights the artisanal quality and heritage of the brand. I also crafted a more cohesive social media strategy aimed at increasing engagement, driving foot traffic, and telling the story behind the chocolate. The final deliverable outlined how to integrate these touchpoints—packaging, digital presence, and in-store moments—into a unified, scalable brand experience.

This project emphasized not just creativity, but also strategic thinking and implementation. From research to rollout, the work showcases how thoughtful branding can build loyalty and expand a business’s reach.
