Project: Shadowbox Live Brand Identity
For this project, I developed a brand identity for Shadowbox Live, a contemporary theater company known for its immersive performances and industrial-chic venue. The identity centers around the iconic “ghost light”—a single bulb left on stage overnight as both tradition and symbol—serving as the basis for the logo. Supporting visuals include a custom pattern inspired by the exposed rafters of the performance space, connecting the brand to the raw, architectural beauty of the theater itself.

Methodology:
I began by researching theatrical traditions and architectural elements unique to Shadowbox Live’s venue. The ghost light became the perfect metaphor—representing both presence and absence, performance and pause. I explored logo sketches that echoed its form and glow, landing on a minimalist mark that captures the light’s quiet power.
